Our organic coffee is shade and co-op grown so you know it's great! We can custom grind any of our beans. All beans are $10.00 per pound, shipping is extra. Quattro: Hotwire's signature blend is a unity of beans that represent the global flavor of espresso. This complex blend of beans from Guatemala, South America and Indonesia produces a cup that is rich, round, intense, complete and harmonious, for the ultimate espresso. The brew is thick and sweet, with mild acidity, many aromatic nuances and subtle complexities.

Organic Guatemala: Shade-grown coffee from a high-altitude finca, cultivated to O.C.I.A. standards. Mild, mellow, sweet and spicy, this coffee beautifully expresses the "flavor of the place:" volcanic soil, tropical forest and equatorial sunshine.

Organic Sumatra: A dense and earthy brew from the highland jungles of Gayoland. This shade-grown arabica exhibits rich body, low acidity and intense aromas of tropical spice and hardwood.

East Timor: This coffee is a great success story. With the help of American-born Sam Filiaci, a region that grew low-grade dry-processed coffees now produces a world-class washed organic arabica that rivals Java's finest. East Timor has recently been granted independence from Indonesian rule and the coffee culture has flourished. The cup is rich and mild with notes of chocolate and roasted nuts.
